In Yoga Therapy we look at what is happening in the body in connection with what is happening in our life. We listen to the body, trust it, learn from it, and become connected with it. We use yogic tools (breathwork, meditation, stretching) to open up and release.

Toby has 24yrs experience providing therapeutic programs for people with the following health issues:
ABI, Cancer, Leukemia, Emphysema, Chronic Fatigue, Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, Fibro Myalgia, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia, Parkinson Disease, Dementia, Younger Onset Dementia, Alzheimer's Disease, Chrones Disease, IBS, Asperger Syndrome, Sciatica, IVF, Concussion, Pregnancy, Menopause, Anger, Psoriasis... and countless muscular and joint injuries... including working with children.

Toby is also an accredited Counsellor and member of Australian Counselling Association, as well as an accredited Disability Support Worker and can work with clients under the NDIS.

Private sessions with Toby involve an analysis of relevant issues/problems and then a practical approach for solutions. The sessions are focused and direct - we use specific techniques and tools, immediately. Participants go away with a range of therapeutic practices to try at home. These sessions are motivated to cut through obstacles and produce real and lasting results. This involves the participant being ready to take action and create change.

Depending on the issue, treatments include therapeutic stretching, breath training, deep relaxation therapy and meditation techniques.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
Private one-on-one sessions are held at your own home or office
for just $100 per hour ($120 for 1.5hrs).
